| Requirements: | Provide residential and community support to adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, shopping, home maintenance, banking, personal hygiene, medication support, recreation and leisure, and creating community connections.
A person hired for this position must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess a valid drivers license with a driving record that meets the expectation of NHTC insurance providers.
Many different shifts are available, including part time, minimum of 16 hours per week, and full-time, 40 hours per week. Entry level wage is $8.50 per hour.
Paid on-the-job training includes CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Medication Administration Certification, CPI, positive behavioral support, Safe Transportation Practices, and Blood-borne Pathogens.
